Mercedes-AMG is once again partnering with Palace, a British skateboard and streetwear brand, for the creation of no less than 4 display cars. Together, the brands will also release a clothing line that will be on sale at the brand’s four flagship stores in London, Los Angeles, New York, and Tokyo.

The four art cars are based on the Mercedes-AMG A 45 S, the GT 63 4MATIC+, the SL 63 4MATIC+, and the G 63. All feature unique paint schemes designed by Palace’s Lev Tanju and his team and pay tribute to the four metropolises where the brand’s flagship stores are located.

AMG’s art cars feature a seven-layer fade paint finish that gives the vehicles a color-changing effect and all are covered in AMG and Palace logos. The interiors, too, have been modified with special seat upholstery colors to bring them more in line with the aesthetics of the exteriors. All of the models were painted and customized at the AMG Performance Studio in Affalterbach.

The Mercedes-AMG A 45 S Palace Edition/”Tiger London” features bold, multicolor paintwork and a large white tiger head painted on the hood. The sides, meanwhile, feature large AMG emblems and pay homage to the vibrant and diverse custom car scene in the UK in the ’60s, ’70s, and ’80s.

The SL 63 4MATIC+ PALACE Edition/”Sunset LA” has paintwork that shimmers between bright yellow and deep red. The 2+2 roadster is designed to represent the perpetual Californian summer.

The Mercedes-AMG GT 63 4MATIC+ Palace Edition/”Neon Fade New York” also has a shimmering paint scheme that progresses from black to what Mercedes calls neon yellow but looks like green to me. Either way, the paint represents the two sides of the city that never sleeps by contrasting the rough pavements of some areas and the bright lights of others.

Finally, the G 63 Palace Edition/”Space Horse Tokyo” features a horse galloping through space on the side and pays tribute to the fantasy culture popular in Japan.
