You may not have heard of PS-Sattlerei before but the German company recently finished work on upgrading the interior of an Audi RS6 Avant to make it feel even more premium than usual.

According to the company, the owner of this RS6 Avant wanted an Alcantara headliner from the moment he purchased the car. However, at the time, the RS6 could only be purchased with an Alcantara headliner if the owner also ordered the €6,000 ($6,313) Bang & Olufsen premium sound system and that’s not something this owner was willing to do.

Instead, he took his RS6 Avant to PS-Sattlerei who proceeded to give it the plush Alcantara headliner that the owner wanted. Work didn’t just stop with a newly-trimmed headliner and it has also been extended across the pillars, sun visors, door panels, dashboard, steering column, and transmission tunnel, giving the car a luxurious new feel. Helping the black Alcantara stand out is red contrast stitching throughout the cabin.

While Audi no longer requires RS6 customers to purchase the €6,000 Bang & Olufsen premium sound system if they want an Alcantara headliner, it does require them to combine the upgraded headliner with the €770 ($810) Bang & Olufsen sound system.

As a reminder, the Audi RS6 Avant is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system pumping out a total of 591 hp and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm) of torque. This engine is coupled to an eight-speed automatic transmission that sends power through all four wheels, helping to propel the RS6 off the line at speeds once reserved for supercars.
