Many would agree that the current Alfa Romeo Giulia is one of the best-looking sedans on the market. It is sleek and modern yet still features some design elements from classic Alfa Romeo models. As it turns out, it can also be transformed into a beautiful coupe.

Over the past couple of weeks, Sugar Design has envisioned what a next-generation Giulia could look like were it to be produced in a handful of different body styles. First, we saw it as a sedan. Then we saw what the 2026 Giulia could look like as a wagon and now, we can see what it looks like as a coupe. To describe it as stunning would be an understatement.

The front of the car remains identical to its sedan and wagon siblings. It features the marque’s iconic ‘Trefoil’ front grille and also sports a large, lower grille section flanked by small air curtains towards the outer edges of the bumper. A pair of slim and aggressive LED headlights then catch the eye and look similar to those of the one-off Alfa Romeo Giulia SWB Zagato but even more modern and fresh.

The side profile of the 2026 Giulia Coupe is perhaps its best angle, and that’s saying something. Given that Sugar Design has conceived it as a rival to the BMW M2, it has somewhat similar proportions to the German sports car with an elongated hood, an attractive roofline, and a sexy rear end. The wheels are particularly gorgeous.

Of course, there are plenty of cars on the market that look good from the front and from the side but end up looking horrible from the rear. That’s not the case here. In fact, the rear might be the best-looking element of the car, thanks largely to the LED taillights, the pronounced light bar, the twin bootlid lip spoilers, and the aggressive diffuser.
