• Lamborghini has unveiled the new Revuelto SV.
  • V12 hypercar has 1,050 hp and 1,051 lb-ft of torque.
  • Generates 80% more downforce than the Revuelto.

Lamborghini has used Monterey Car Week to introduce the new Revuelto SV. The latest in a long line of Super Veloce models, the V12 hypercar adds power and handling tweaks.

That’s an understatement as the Revuelto SV is the “most powerful and fastest production Lamborghini ever built in Sant’Agata Bolognese.” The car features a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine, two axial flux motors up front, and another above the eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. They’re joined by a new 7.3 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which “ensures up to four times greater performance consistency compared to the Revuelto.”

All told, the model has a combined output of 1,050 hp (783 kW / 1,065 PS) and 1051 lb-ft (1,425 Nm) of torque. That’s 49 hp (37 kW / 50 PS) more than the standard car and this enables the Revuelto SV to accelerate from 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 2.4 seconds, 0-124 mph (0-200 km/h) in 6.7 seconds, and onto a top speed in excess of 214 mph (345 km/h).

Changes extend beyond the powertrain as the car has been equipped with a revised suspension that features manually adjustable dampers derived from GT3 racing. This promises to increase agility by 17% and lateral grip by 10%, compared to the standard Revuelto.

The model rides on center locking wheels that measure 20 inches front and 21 inches rear. They’re supported by a new CCM-R Plus carbon-ceramic braking system that features “racing-derived ventilation” as well as an “innovative 3D carbon structure.” The discs measure 16.5 inches (420 mm) front and 16.1 inches (410 mm) rear, and the system offers an 11% increase in peak deceleration as well as a 23% improvement in heat dissipation.

Furthermore, Lamborghini mentioned a new Integrated Brake Control system with a next‑generation inertial sensor that continuously monitors vehicle motion in real time. This allows for a “deeper understanding of how the vehicle is moving,” which enables “more precise and responsive braking actions, helping to prevent wheel lock, and delivering improved braking performance.”

To help stand out from the crowd, the car has been equipped with a unique front end featuring a pronounced splitter. They’re joined by black accents, exposed carbon fiber, and a dedicated Super Veloce livery. Other highlights include a fixed rear wing, a rear Gurney flap, and new cooling channels for the rear brakes. There’s also a sports exhaust system that features a matte grey finish as well as special tuning.

Thanks to the numerous changes, the Revuelto SV generates 80% more downforce than the Revuelto and 10% more than the old Aventador SVJ.

At first glance, the interior appears to carryover right down to the front passenger display. However, there’s a lightly revised steering wheel with a red Pilota Mode selector. It’s unique to the Revuelto SV and Lamborghini said it “unlocks a highly customized driving setup built around a bespoke five-stage traction control system, derived directly from Lamborghini’s GT3 racing experience.”

Elsewhere, there are carbon fiber door panels and updated displays with special graphics. Carbon fiber shelled sport seats come standard, but customers can opt for full-on carbon fiber racing seats.

Production will be limited to 1,963 units and the car will be highly customizable. Needless to say, it will also be expensive.
