Even as it approaches the end of its career, the sixth generation of the Chevrolet Corvette, which was introduced in 2004 as a 2005 model, remains an impressive looking sports car – even more so in Z06 guise with the Carbon Fiber Package.

For as long as we can remember, one of the easiest (but not necessarily the most economical) ways to improve or personalize the looks of a car is to replace the factory rims and tires.

D2FORGED, an aftermarket, custom alloy wheel maker based in Plainview, New York, has come up with a new design for owners of the Corvette Z06.

Instead of the standard 18-inch front and 19-inch rear wheels or Chevy’s own optional 19-inch front and 20-inch rear Cup-Style rims, D2FORGED proposes a 20-inch setup for both ends of the Corvette Z06.

The rims on the display model are finished in a matte black finish accented with Titanium Graphite flange striping and red details that match the rest of the car.
