We’re still some time away from an actual test or review of the LaFerrari, but until then, we will keep getting videos Maranello’s top offering driven very quickly. In fact, in the latest official video, the cameras at the Fiorano test track can’t keep up with the car, as it speeds by in the hands of Ferrari F1’s Fernando Alonso.

It looks fast and the engine seems to rev just as happily in any of the gears, and acceleration is always instant. While Fernando and his passenger are in view, as the car is going through some of the tighter corners, both occupants are thrown about quite violently, before pinned to the seat under heavy acceleration. We expect the LaFerrari to have some seriously-bolstered seats, so it is surprising to see this much movement…

If we are to judge the car by the expression on the F1 driver’s face, which he shows at the end of the video, it’s worth the ride.

Ferrari also uploaded another video of their flagship, this time filmed during the press photo shoot. It is meant to show what went on backstage, what preparations were necessary and how it all unfolded – there is no commentary, and the music keeps the action going for the full minute and a half duration.
