Volkswagen has put a price tag on the Beetle Cabriolet Karmann, the special edition model that debuted last month at the AMI Leipzig show. Featuring design tweaks and additional equipment features, the Beetle Cabriolet Karmann is priced from €25,250 ($34,431) in Germany and can be ordered at dealerships nationwide.

Inspired by the VW Golf Cabriolet Karmann released last year, the special Beetle features an electrically powered soft top in Sioux brown, supplied with a cover in matching color and is available with seven exterior body colors. The car also features 18-inch “Disc” design wheels painted Galvano Grey with chrome caps, as well as Karmann labels on the front wings that indicate the exclusive special edition.

Based on the regular Beetle’s Design equipment line, the Beetle Cabriolet Karmann also comes equipped with a wind deflector and the Park Pilot parking distance monitor. On the inside, the model gets sport seats covered in Alcantara also in Sioux brown color and fitted with side inner bolsters, leather-trimmed steering wheel, aluminum pedals and dash pad with Beetle look in matt aluminum. The head restraints, the leather steering wheel, the gearshift lever and handbrake grip (also in leather) feature grey decorative stitching.

The VW Beetle Cabriolet Karmann can be ordered in all engine and gearbox variations, with the base model fitted with the 105PS 1.2-liter TSI engine with manual gearbox.
