2016 Cadillac CTS-V Priced From €98,500 In Germany, ATS-V Starts At €74,900

Cadillac has begun taking orders for the 2016 CTS-V in Europe, which has a starting price of €98,500 in Germany.

Arriving in European markets this fall, the all-new Cadillac CTS-V is the most powerful car in the brand’s history, with the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 producing 649PS (640hp) and 855Nm (631lb-ft) of torque.

Mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission that offers full manual control via steering wheel paddles, the 2016 CTS-V sprints from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 320 km/h (199 mph).

The high-performance sedan is equipped with the third-generation Magnetic Ride Control, which Cadillac calls “the world’s fastest reacting suspension technology.” Other standard features include a carbon fiber hood, Brembo brakes, 19-inch wheels shod with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, driver-selectable modes for touring, sport and track driving conditions, as well as performance-oriented, sueded microfiber accents and matte-finish carbon fiber trim.

The Cadillac CTS-V is the second of two all-new V-Series models launching in Europe this year, following the smaller ATS-V coupe and sedan, which are scheduled to arrive in showrooms this summer. The smaller ATS-V sedan is priced from €74,900 in Germany, while the coupe starts from €77,500.

The 2016 Cadillac ATS-V is powered by a 3.6-liter twin-turbo V6 gasoline engine producing 470PS (464hp) and 603Nm (445lb-ft) of torque. The 0-100 km/h sprint takes just 3.9 seconds.
