At the Geneva Motor Show, the covers will be taken off the all-new DB11, but things won’t stop there for the British brand.

Now with former Nissan and Infiniti executive Andy Palmer at the helm, Aston is planning an aggressive product offensive which will see next-generation variants of both the Vantage and Vanquish released before 2018.

Details about these two new models are scarce, but given how soon they’re expected to arrive, developing and testing of both has already commenced, most likely with the help of Mercedes-AMG.

Powering the DB11 will be a brand new twin-turbo 5.2-liter V12, making the most of the marque’s tie-up with AMG. Given the Vanquish’s similarity to the outgoing DB9, its successor could use the same V12 as the DB11, while the Vantage is expected to adopt a tuned version of the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 found across the AMG range.

Aston Martin’s full-on attack won’t be restricted to the three sports cars, as they will be joined by DBX crossover later in the decade as a rival to SUVs offered by the likes of Maserati and Lamborghini.
