Engineered by NISMO, the 2017 Nissan GT-R Track Edition is now available for order across Europe, with the first customer cars set to be delivered in early November.

Based on the MY2017 GT-R unveiled at the New York Auto Show earlier this year and priced from €118,900 ($133,422), this version of the Godzilla sits above the Premium, Prestige and Black Edition, and right below the flagship GT-R NISMO.

Setting it apart are the NISMO Racing Black forged aluminum wheels, 20-inch in size, which, along with the special tires, are part of the Track Edition, and are joined by a wider front bumper.

The exact specifications vary from market to market, and while cars going to Germany have the carbon-backed Recaro seats as standard, and a carbon rear spoiler available as an option, in the UK and France, the black and red Recaro seats are equipped, the carbon spoiler is standard, and customers can have the optional carbon boot lid and carbon-backed seats.

Each “special” GT-R features a unique ‘Track Edition’ badge made from carbon fiber, which is attached to the dashboard, while underneath the skin, cars benefit from bespoke Bilstein Damptronic suspension with a race-tuned set-up and new, lightweight anti-roll bars.

The is a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 engine, which is still hand-made from start to finish by a single technician, known as a ‘Takumi’ (‘master craftsman’ in Japanese) is rated at 570 PS (562 HP) and 637 Nm (470 lb-ft) of torque.
