The new generation WRC racers are shaping up to be quite exciting, as the new Ford Fiesta WRC is more than willing to prove.

With Welsh rally driver Elfyn Evans behind the wheel, UK-based M-Sport team has taken the car near the Col d’Agnel mountain pass in the Cottian Alps for some high-altitude testing.

Tweaking the car has been a long job, but after a year of development, it’s almost ready, with its wider and lighter body powered by an EcoBoost engine that can push no less than 380 HP to all four wheels.

Don’t forget to turn up the volume before clicking the play button, because this is a ride you’ll want to hear!
