We’ve already seen the new Opel Insignia Grand Sport in all of its forms, Holden and Buick included, and it is certainly quite an attractive car, inside and out. But how do you make it even more appealing? By removing two doors of course!

That is exactly what Theophilus Chin has done in his latest rendering and the finished product is quite good-looking.

All of the design cues of the five-door work perfectly as a coupe, from the sleek looking front end with a sculpted bumper and aggressive door creases through to the low-slung rear window, thin horizontal taillights and subtle trunk lid lip spoiler.

Now for the bad news. There’s zero chances Opel, Vauxhall, Holden or Buick will ever decide to create such a version. Shame, isn’t it?
