A Wide-Body Ferrari 458 Is Just What You Need To Stand Out In Monaco

| |

The problem with driving a very wide and very low supercar on the narrow streets of Monaco should pale in comparison to how rewarding it must be to overshadow other, perhaps more expensive models, sharing the same road as your Liberty Walk 458.

In case anyone's been keeping tabs, an alarmingly high percentage of Liberty Walk 458 stories we've seen have been wrecks - literally. Earlier this year, we even saw a badly damaged one abusing its rear tires, a car that had previously met its end in Monterey in 2016.

But in the end, all we can do is admire these types of builds, while laughing at the notion that they might be bad luck for their drivers.

In all seriousness, this gray metallic Liberty Walk Ferrari 458, snapped up by Jeroen VDB Photography and posted to Autogespot, attracted a huge crowd in Monaco recently, and it's easy to understand why.

The fender extensions, massive rear wing and all the carbon fiber bits are really hard to miss. As for performance, even with no engine mods, the 570 PS 458 Italia should can get from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in as little as 3.4 seconds.

Now, if you're more of a 488 fan, here's what the Japanese tuner managed to do with that one this year.
