Mexico may not be the first country that comes to mind when you think of high-performance automobiles. But like Mastretta before it, VUHL is out to change that notion. And its latest step is to open a new flagship showroom right in Mexico City.

The new location is situated on the Campos Eliseos – Mexico’s version of the Paris’ Champs-Elysées – in the heart of the city’s swanky Polanco district. The dealership is split between two floors, with three new cars (each of them already sold) currently on display, alongside a bare monocoque chassis and other components. Upstairs is a configurator and test-drive booking service.

100 guests attended the grand opening of the new showroom, opened by the Surman Group adjacent to its Bentley and Ducati dealerships. The company also deals with Audi and Porsche across its 80 showrooms throughout Mexico.

The manufacturer has also established dealer networks in the UK and the Middle East to sell its VUHL 05, a stripped-down, bare-bones track roadster along the lines of the Zenos E10, Ariel Atom, KTM X-Bow or Caterham Seven.
