The first trailer for Mission: Impossible – Fallout came out in February, which is when we learned about the amazing helicopter loop stunt performed by Tom Cruise himself.

This second trailer is providing us with a look at how that scene eventually unfolds, which is a bit strange seen as how what Paramount is doing is basically spoiling the ending of that scene for everybody. Anyway, we’re pretty sure Ethan Hunt will exit that wreck in time, since he’s the main character.

Another major plot reveal is the fact that Cruise’s and Cavill’s characters will square off. Initially, we suspected that they would be allies, but now it seems that Walker, Cavill’s character, is the one trying to shoot Hunt down during the helicopter sequence.

Other spectacular stunts will include an E28 BMW 5-Series, a motorcycle, jumping from a building and jumping out of an airplane. The “building jump” by the way is what caused production to stop for seven weeks after Tom Cruise fractured his ankle. The footage of the stunt in the trailer is the one with the actual injury.

Mission: Impossible – Fallout will be in theaters worldwide on July 27, starring Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt, Simon Pegg as Benji Dunn, Alec Baldwin as Alan Hunley, Rebecca Ferguson as Ilsa Faust and Henry Cavill as August Walker.
