Automakers who sell large pickup trucks could stop making those “real people, not actors” commercials and instead focus on doing crazy stunts that show just how much pulling power their products have.

In this video, nearly a minute goes by and all we see as that old F-150 FX4 Double Cab fail time and time again. The truck only manages to get the bus to budge in one of its final attempts, which it then followed up with a successful pull that was quite frankly pretty impressive to watch.

According to the video’s description, the person who owns the property on which the stunt was performed, also owns the bus, which was on its way to being scrapped “after the local fire department had an accident scene training for it.”

The owner goes on to say: “After a few beers on that Friday night, I asked the boys if they wanted to have some fun. We got it stuck a few times, destroyed it a little and flipped it over. A buddy drove by and you can see the rest on the video.”

While this type of stunt can be very dangerous for the vehicle that’s performing it, the fact that this F-150 was equipped with the FX4 Off-Road package might have influenced proceedings, seen as how it probably came with a heavy duty tow package as standard, as well as custom shocks – depending on model year.

In the end, it looks like “the boys” had plenty of fun toying with that beaten down school bus.
