Skoda has introduced a new version of the Octavia in the United Kingdom, called the SE Drive. It’s available in both hatchback and estate body styles and can be ordered from £20,155 ($25,947/€22,966).

The base model comes with a 115 PS (113 hp / 85 kW) 1.0-liter petrol engine, but clients can also spec the more powerful 150 PS (148 hp / 110 kW) 1.5-liter TSI or the 1.6-liter TDI diesel, with its 115 PS (113 hp / 85 kW), whidh has a starting price of £24,715 ($31,817/€28,162). All powertrains can be equipped with the DSG dual-clutch transmission.

The new Octavia SE Drive adds more standard kit for a £550 ($708/€627) premium over the SE. The additional features include 17-inch Denom alloy wheels, Amundsen navigation system, integrated Wi-Fi and textile floor mat, which, according to Skoda, would cost £1,300 ($1,674/€1,481) if ordered separately.

The SE Drive also sports a multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel, dual-zone climate control, heated side mirrors, rear parking sensors, cruise control, Driver Fatigue sensor, Driving Mode selection and Driver Personalization, which includes three keys. Oh. and an umbrella under the passenger seat. Which should come in handy in the UK.

Skoda is also offering the Octavia in the S, SE Technology, SE L, Sportline, L&K, vRS and vRS Challenge in the UK, with prices ranging between £18,310 ($23,571/€20,864) and £30,085 ($38,730/€34,282) for the hatchback. The Estate is offered in the same trim levels, priced from £19,510 ($25,116/€22,231) to £31,285 ($40,275/€35,649). Additionally, it can also be ordered in the Scout spec, from £29,310 ($37,732/€33,398).
