Make Your Espresso On The Go With Seat’s Portable Coffee Machine

If you like having your coffee on the go, then Seat’s ‘Handpresso’ machine is the gadget to go for. We kid you not; the Spanish firm is offering the mobile espresso machine as an accessory at its UK dealerships.

With a recommended retail price of £185 ($244/€217), the Handpresso is said to fit into the two cup holders found between the front seats in the brand’s new vehicles. Powered by the 12-volt plug, the gizmo is capable of dispensing 50 ml of hot espresso in less than 3 minutes.

Seat estimates that at an annual running cost of £405 ($535/€475), the mobile espresso machine could save British motorists up to £1,800 ($2,376/€2,111) per year. It will also save them more than 1 and a half hours every twelve months, which is the average time spent in coffee shops. This feature comes with two glasses, so users won’t have to get rid of the usual take-away coffee cups, thus helping the environment.

The Handpresso can be used with coffee pods supplied with the machine or refillable sachets. It comes in a clever packaging, with a carry bag that includes the aforementioned glasses, as well as space for coffee pods or ground coffee, condiments, spoons and napkins. Whenever it’s not in use, the item can be stored into the glove box.

Seat’s offering the portable espresso machine with a 12-month warranty and each one comes with 15 espresso pods.
