Ask Us Anything About The 2018 Lexus RC F 10th Anniversary Edition

The Lexus RC F could be considered as a bit of old school compared to its rivals, such as the BMW M4 and Mercedes-AMG C63 S. After all, it eschews any kind of forced induction in favor of a big, old-school naturally-aspirated 5.0-liter V8. But is this a bad thing?

Lexus Australia has been kind enough to give us the keys to the 2018 RC F 10th Anniversary Edition so we can see for ourselves if it cuts the mustard in the fast-developing world of premium sports cars.

First things first, however; we would like you, our readers, to ask us anything you like about the RC F. Whether you’re curious about how the car looks in the flesh or how it performs, we want to hear from you in the comments section below.

The Japanese have a history of building incredible sports cars

Like the GS F we experienced last week, the RC F 10th Anniversary celebrates the 10th birthday of the Lexus F performance brand. It features the same exterior and interior finishes as the GS F, but it’s worth keeping in mind that the RC F is a couple years older than the GS F as it was first unveiled in 2014.

Powering the car is the aforementioned 5.0-liter V8 with a total of 467 hp at 7100 rpm and 389 lb-ft (527 Nm) of torque between 4800 and 5600 rpm. This engine is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission, with power sent through the rear wheels via a torque vectoring differential. Are these figures enough to make for an impressive sports coupe in 2019? Stay tuned for our full review in the coming weeks to find out.
