With the launch of the new 2020 Breeze in full force, Chinese outlets have released a multitude of pictures painstakingly detailing the compact crossover from every angle, inside and out, while also confirming final specifications, which we’ve included below. [Updated 11/9/2019]

If you like the Honda CR-V but you’ve always found it a bit too boring in terms of looks, then the new 2020 Breeze is something that might tickle your buying bone. Unfortunately, it is only available in China.

The 2020 Honda Breeze was unveiled back in August, but live images of the compact crossover have only recently begun to surface online from China. Meanwhile, the latest pictures reveal the Breeze’s interior in more detail than ever before.

Honda will manufacture the Breeze in partnership with Guangzhou Motors and market it as a sort of more dynamic-looking CR-V. The Breeze is actually a little bit longer than its more established sibling, but shares the latter’s width and height, as well as the same bumper design.

All in all, the Breeze measures 4,634 mm (182.4 inches) x 1,855 mm (73 inches) x 1,679 mm (66.1 inches), with a wheelbase of 2,661 mm (104.7 inches). Meanwhile, the front fascia is lifted directly off the Accord, while both the headlights and LED taillights (now L-shaped) feature a considerably sharper design than the ones on the CR-V.

Inside, the Breeze features room for five occupants and the same dashboard design as the CR-V. It also comes with Honda Sensing and Honda Connect 2.0 tech, while features such as wireless charging and hands-free tailgate opening are a first for China.

Customers will be able to choose between a 193 HP and 243Nm (179 lb-ft) of torque 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline unit mated to a CVT transmission, or a 215 HP and 315Nm (232 lb-ft) 2.0-liter i-MMD hybrid setup, with both 2WD and AWD available.

Also new for this model is a special Black Edition pack is  available, featuring black 19-inch alloy wheels, side mirrors and other exterior and interior trimming details.

As for pricing, an entry-level 2020 Honda Breeze will cost upwards of 180,000 CNY ($25,360).
