Widebody 2020 Toyota Supra From Rocket Bunny Looks Like A Time Attack Racer

More and more aftermarket bodykits are starting to become available for the new A90 Toyota Supra and the kit featured in this video from Rocket Bunny is one of the most eye-catching to date.

The Supra in this video is owned by Daily Driven Exotics and shortly after being delivered, was fitted with Rocket Bunny’s V1.5 Supra kit and painted in a vibrant shade of green.

Rocket Bunny’s creation features wildly flared wheel arches at all four corners. Not only do they allow for wide wheels and tires to be fitted, but they drastically alter the overall look of the Japanese sports car, making it much more aggressive.

Complementing the flared arches included in the kit is a revised front bumper and splitter, extended side skirts, a new trunklid lip spoiler and a towering rear wing that would look right at home on a Time Attack car. Completing the look are a set of white wheels.

Buying a kit like this for the new Supra isn’t cheap. In fact, it carries a price tag of $8,700 and that’s before any paint is applied to the various components and the obligatory aftermarket wheels are fitted.

That’s a lot of money, especially when you consider that money could be spent on upgrading the Supra’s performance. So, would you go for its wild looks or pump up the engine’s output instead?

You can put lipstick on a pig,but it’s still a pig

You know what’s funny? The car you drive ain’t quicker than this pig either.

they made a kinda ugly car look snot ugly..

  • Bash

I would spend the $8700 and a performance upgrade. But that’s just me. Also… wrong color. Green has never been good anyway. Except for that British racing green. That is nice.

      Agree and agree

  • Six_Tymes

In my opinion, it all goes back to the original (this generation) Supra concept. Toyota should have produced this generation EXACTLY like the concept, not a look a like, like this current production, its ugly.

Now, after market shops are scrambling to try make nice of it… I suppose this bunny car would look possibly better if a different color? maybe.

The FT1 was indeed absolutely stunning. It would’ve been one of the most beautiful cars on sale. The BMW version we got is just too obviously compromised in so many ways. Japanese sports cars are just so different than what Toyota delivered with the Supra, that even if it is rather decent if misses the point entirely.

      • Six_Tymes

yep. For me the only thing that still looks cool is the Supra name, that logo still looks great. sad that’s the only thing. Honesty, Toyota would have done ten times better had they just remade last generation Supra all over again, maybe with just a few up to date details. People worldwide would have gone nuts to buy a new one if they did that. OR, like we both said, released the car SAME as the FT1 concept, that would have had the same excitement, or better even.

The wing is not big enough.

  • Matteo Tommasi

At least the hideous lip spoiler isn’t there.

  • Nordschleife

I would spend my money on the looks. It’s not like the Supra is slow so I’d rather have something that looks a little more bespoke to me. I love the wide body.

  • Zandit75

Saw a white one at a local show yesterday. Looked to have carbon fiber trim options fitted, and I got to admit, in the flesh, this is a good looking car!!

Can Toyota put the disguise back on, and go back to taking forever releasing it.

I think it was better that way.
