A customized 2016 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat that was showcased at the SEMA Show in 2017 is currently up for sale on eBay with a price tag of $99,500.

This special Challenger SRT Hellcat was built by Mopar and Forgiato Wheels for the event and while it doesn’t appear to have benefited from any mechanical modifications, it’s certainly eye-catching.

The first thing that stands out about this Hellcat are the custom 24-inch wheels at all four corners. What’s perhaps even more amazing than the absolutely massive wheels is the fact that the Pirelli tires at the rear measure an insane 405 mm wide. As far as we’re aware (and feel free to correct us in the comments), the Bugatti Veyron has the widest rear tires of any series production car ever made and they are ‘only’ 365 mm wide.

In addition to the attention grabbing wheel and tire combination, the car is bathed in a distinctive paint that looks silver from most angles but has a special metallic flake that gives it a bit of gold glow from some angles. Also adorning the exterior of the car is an aftermarket widebody kit that was developed a couple of years before Dodge itself actually launched its own widebody version of the Challenger.

As this is a show car, it has only covered 6,697 miles (10,777 km) and is likely in very good mechanical condition. Is it worth $99,500? We’re not convinced as other low-mileage Challenger SRT Hellcat models can be purchased on the used car market for less than $50,000.
