The latest-generation Ford F-150 is just around the corner and that means that a new Raptor variant will also hit the market. These renderings from artist Mo Aoun show what an angular new F-150 Raptor could look like.

Recent spy shots of the latest-generation Ford F-150 have revealed that the exterior design won’t be dramatically different than the current model. Consequently, there’s a good chance few styling alterations will be made to the latest Raptor. However, if Ford is brave and wants to make the new truck really stand out, it would be wise to take a look at Aoun’s creation.

The first thing that strikes you about the truck is the re-shaped matte black grille that’s sharp and more aggressive than the one currently used. In addition, the large headlights of the current Raptor have been ditched in favor of a pair of small yet equally striking headlights. The front bumper/bull bar has a similar shape to what the current Raptor uses but is also slimmer to fit in with the rest of the design.

The sides are also quite eye-catching. For starters, the front and rear wheel arches appear even more flared than the current model and the side steps have been more neatly incorporated into the overall design. The rear complements the aggressive front fascia and sides with blacked-out parts and bars extending off the roof into the bed.
