Carlex Design has made the Mercedes-AMG GT R Pro all the more head-turning with the unveiling of its ‘Tattoo Edition’ model.

Adorning the exterior of the track-focused supercar is a unique brushed green wrap that Carlex says celebrates the motorsport success of Mercedes-Benz. The brushed green certainly makes for a unique look and has been complemented by a set of silver aftermarket wheels as well as some black and carbon fiber accents.

Like most of Carlex’s creations, its modified GT R Pro has a distinctive interior. Many of the key interior surfaces, such as the dashboard, center console, seat bolsters, and door panels are bathed in a dark shade of green leather with a unique shimmer to it. Most other interior parts are then finished in a black leather with green contrast stitching, including on the lower portion of the dashboard, door panels, and center of the seats.

Elsewhere, Carlex Design has wrapped the car’s steering wheel with some Alcantara while the center of the seats also features a host of skull motifs.

Even though we suspect most Mercedes-AMG GT owners would be horrified by the modifications made, all that really matters is that the person who commissioned Carlex Design to do all of this work is satisfied.

Carlex hasn’t made any mention of mechanical modifications, meaning the car’s powertrain has probably been left untouched. That’s no bad thing as the GT R Pro is good for 577 hp and 516 lb-ft (700 Nm) out of the box thanks to its 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine.
