There’s little doubt that the vast majority of Rolls-Royce Cullinan owners will never drive their rides over gravel, let alone take the world’s most expensive SUV off-roading. However, the following video reveals that, if they are so inclined, they can take the Cullinan off the beaten track with the utmost confidence.

This promotional clip from the British automaker was filmed in the sand dunes of Dubai and shows the Cullinan sprinting up and down dunes with ease while also performing some powerslides across the sand. The cinematography is very impressive and we’ve got little doubt that this type of video will appeal to many who live in the region and can afford to buy the Cullinan.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the Rolls-Royce Cullinan tested in tough terrain. In fact, Emme Hall from CNET’s Roadshow entered one into last year’s Rebelle Rally, a 2,000-mile (3,218 km) event for women through Nevada and California.

The Cullinan competed in the crossover category and was left virtually bone stock for the event. To the surprise of many, it actually finished, overcoming many obstacles and difficult terrain.

To most, however, the Cullinan is a piece of automotive unobtainium. In the United States, prices start at $325,0000 and, for that money, you get a 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V12 mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission driving all four wheels – plus, of course, the opulence of a real Rolls-Royce.
