Porsche Design has just launched its latest timepiece that will be available exclusively to buyers of the new 911 GT3.

Fittingly dubbed the Porsche Design Chronograph 911 GT3, it features a titanium case and is available in two versions. The sporty version has a dial color ring finished in Shark Blue while a purist version has a color ring in black. Just like the gauges of the car, the hands and numbers on the dial are finished in a combination of white and yellow over a black background.

The company has also made the chronograph’s strap out of the same leather it uses in its cars and complete with GT3 debossing and contrasting stitching.

The movement is the Porsche Design caliber WERK 01.200 with a flyback function that allows for resetting and restarting the chronograph with the push of a button. Powering the movement is a custom winding rotor similar in design to the wheels of the 911 GT3 and available in six colors.

Porsche Design is initially offering the Chronograph 911 GT3 in Germany, the United Kingdom, and the U.S. Shoppers can customize the timepiece through a dedicated configurator. Key options include two color choices for the case (natural titanium or black-coated titanium) and a bezel featuring a tachometer or a classic minute scale, while the dial ring can also be customized within the range of colors available for the car.

Pricing for the watch starts at $8,500 and while that’s a lot for most people, we’re sure anyone who can afford to buy the brand new 2021 911 GT3 can also afford the watch. Customers can expect to receive their watch eight to 12 weeks after ordering.
