Milestone and Mattel have revealed the first gameplay trailer for the upcoming Hot Wheels Unleashed racing game.

The trailer features very early gameplay footage, but it does a better job of showing off what the game will feel like to actually play than the launch trailer.

With drifting, boosting, and jumping all available to you, the game looks like it should be a fun, arcade-style racer with what look like fun physics.

Along with the footage, Hot Wheels revealed the first six of 60 cars that will be included in the game. Likely familiar to fans of the toys, they are the Rodger Dodger, Twin Mill, Rip Rod, Night Shifter, Dragon Blaster and Sharkruiser.

Milestone developers also took time to sit down with people excited for the game during a YouTube Live video that you can watch below.

“Hot Wheels Unleashed is a fast-paced and energetic arcade racer,” says Michele Caletti, Executive Producer at Milestone. “It’s a game that’s very easy to pick up and then you discover there’s a lot to master.”

The game will be available on all major consoles, including PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One X, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It’s set for release on September 30.
