The Toyota Land Cruiser 300 premiered only a few weeks ago but we already have the first wrecked examples of the popular SUV after an accident that occurred during transportation.

According to the description, the accident happened a few days ago in Salalah, the capital of Dhofar province in southern Oman. The SUVs were transported to dealerships as the model has already launched in certain markets of the Arabian Peninsula.

In the first video posted on Instagram by user alnasser770, we can see four examples of the brand new Land Cruiser suffering from extensive damage. The vehicles are non-repairable since every single body panel is bent. The situation is even worse in the second Land Cruiser which looks like it came back from the car crusher revealing parts of the cabin.

A second video uploaded by kurdistan_automotive_blog_ shows the car carrier being flipped on its side, with two Land Cruisers dropped on the road. Obviously, the situation was worse for the vehicles sitting on the top shelf, hitting the ground with heavier forces. There is also one photograph of a damaged Land Cruiser resting on the side of the road.

There is no information on how did the driver lost control of the car carrier causing all that mess, but judging from the video showing the aftermath, we suspect it might have happened during the night. While it is sad to see brand new cars destroyed with the protective covers still on their rims, we hope that there were no injuries.
