The Tesla Model 3 Performance handles quite well as a sports sedan and a German tuner has just finished work making a host of modifications to the EV to make it even better.

Anyone who has driven a Model 3 Performance says that it corners excellently, particularly in Track Mode. To make it even more impressive, Senner Tuning has equipped it with a set of KW Variant 3 coilovers that lower the ride height and have heaps of adjustability for compression and rebound.

In addition to boosting the car’s cornering performance, Senner Tuning says that the lowered ride height reduces the EV’s wind resistance by seven per cent. The German firm can also equip the Model 3 Performance with weight-optimized tire and wheel combinations in OEM dimensions that can reduce rotational mass by up to 40 per cent compared to the factory wheels. This can boost the EV’s range by as much as 10 per cent.

The Model 3 featured here is sitting on Senner’s Kharma wheels that measure 20×9 inches at the front and 20×10 at the rear. The wheels on the left side of the sedan have a hi-gloss brushed bronze finish while the ones on the right side have a brushed silver finish. Wrapped around these eye-catching wheels are Bridgestone Potenza Sport tires measuring 245/35 at the front and 275/30 at the rear.

Senner Tuning hasn’t disclosed pricing for the KW Variant 3 coilovers or the Kharma wheels.
