Japanese tuner DAMD, known for converting the Suzuki Jimny to a Defender mini-lookalike, announced a similar treatment for the Suzuki Every van. The “little D.” kit will be available from early summer 2022 and was previewed in a set of pictures alongside the “Nomad” for the Suzuki Spacia Gear.

Starting with the Every little D., it looks like someone stamped a Defender face to the kei van. This is the third Defender-inspired visual kit by Damd after the ones for the Suzuki Jimny and the Daihatsu Taft.

The front end is fully redesigned, including an unpainted bumper, round headlights with additional round units for the indicators, a large rectangular grille, a tiny bonnet, and matching front fenders. The flat face works well with the rest of the body that remains stock, and it doesn’t appear to alter the Every’s compact dimensions.

The current generation of the Suzuki Every was launched back in 2015 and received a mild facelift in 2021. It is powered by a 660cc three-cylinder 12-valve gasoline engine producing up to to 63 hp (47 kW / 64 PS). Power is transmitted to the rear or all four wheels through a five-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission.

Damd says that the “little D.” was designed for the outdoors, targeting van owners who love camping, fishing, surfing, and winter sports. The kit is currently under development and will be available for sale in early summer 2022.

The other new product announcement by Damd is the Suzuki Spacia “Nomad”, again designed for people with an active lifestyle. It is based on the Spacia that was launched in 2017, and more specifically the Spacia Gear variant, and the additions include redesigned grille and headlight surrounds as well as aluminum-style accents on the bumper.

The extra parts enhance the SUV-inspired look of the Spacia Gear, with the underpinnings remaining virtually unchanged. In its most powerful guise, the hybrid turbocharged 658 cc engine produces 63 hp (47 kW / 64 PS) and sends power to all four wheels through a CVT gearbox. The “Nomad” will be available for sale starting from March 2022.
