The 2024 GMC Hummer EV 3X Pickup will go on sale this fall and the company has announced it will have an increased range of up to 381 miles (613 km).

GMC didn’t say how they were able to obtain the improvement, but trucks equipped with the 24-module battery pack can travel 26 miles (42 km) farther than the 2023 model. It’s also worth noting the pickup far exceeds the 320 miles (515 km) offered by the Ford F-150 Lightning.

The improved range carries over to models equipped with the Extreme Off-Road Package, which adds skid plates, rocker protection, heavy-duty ball-spline half-shafts, and 18-inch wheels wrapped in 35-inch mud-terrain tires – among other things. Now, models equipped with the package and the 24-module battery can travel up to 359 miles (578 km) which is a 30 mile (48 km) improvement.
