Mansory is known for its over-the-top, and often controversial, visual modifications of high-end vehicles. However, their latest endeavor takes a different approach, with a focus on wheels. They have equipped the BMW 7-Series flagship with a set of 22-inch forged wheels, enhancing its style and road presence to a level reminiscent of Rolls-Royce and Maybach luxury vehicles.

The new wheels, named FD.15, are fully forged and come in at 22 inches in diameter, with widths of 9 inches at the front and 10.5 inches at the rear. Their design bears a resemblance to the disc wheels found on Rolls-Royce models and the distinctive rims of Maybach, all of which showcase prominent and polished aero-discs at the center. Nevertheless, Mansory’s interpretation appears more intricate compared to the examples mentioned earlier, thanks to its incorporation of 15 spokes with black inserts.

The BMW 7-Series is nearly identical to the fully electric i7, leading us to believe that the wheel upgrade will likely be accessible for all trims of both models. After all, the FD.15 design has been featured in a large number of Mansory builds, making it one of the most prominent options in the tuner’s portfolio. Other vehicles adorned with these wheels include the Rolls-Royce Phantom and Ghost, the Bentley Continental GT, the Mercedes-AMG G63 and S63 E Performance, the Cadillac Escalade, the Range Rover, and the Land Rover Defender.

Mansory has showcases different finishes of the FD.15 wheels, including an all-black version. Specifically for the BMW, they propose silver rims with a Black Diamond finish, although we’re sure that other options will be available to customers. Here, we have to address the fact that the wheels were previewed in a single rendering, instead of being properly photographed on a real example of the 7er.

As for the rubber, the tuner recommends the fitment of Falken Azenis FK510 tires measuring 265/30 22 front and 295/25 22 rear. Finally, a set of 10 mm spacers specifically designed for the BMW 7-Series, will enhance the sporty stance of the executive sedan, making sure that the wheels are poking out just enough to be noticed.

While it’s unclear whether Mansory has plans for a complete bodykit and performance enhancements for the latest BMW 7-Series, the introduction of these wheels suggests that they may be contemplating additional upgrades down the road.
