• Heico’s Volvo EX30 rides on 21-inch alloy wheels and sits closer to the ground
  • The bodykit comprises bumper extensions, side skirts, and a diffuser
  • The electric powertrain remains intact

Despite being the entry-level model in Volvo’s lineup, the EX30 is a rather sporty-looking SUV, so it’s no surprise that tuners have already gotten their hands on it. Heico Sportiv joins the club, offering a variety of alloy wheels for the EV, combined with chassis upgrades and a custom bodykit.

Volvo is known for its minimalist styling language, which goes well with a nice set of wheels. Heico Sportiv offers two different designs of 21-inch alloys featuring five (Volution V) or ten spokes (Volution X). They are available in different finishes, including diamond-cut black, matte titanium, or gloss black.

The larger shoes can be combined with a new set of blue sports springs that bring the EX30 closer to the ground by up to 30 mm (1.2 inches). The Weiterstadt-based tuner also offers a set of spacers further improving the stance of the EV.

If it was up to us we would probably leave it there, as the Volvo EX30 looks sexy with the larger wheels and the lowered ride height. However, there are owners who want to spice things up further in the styling department, which is why the tuner offers a custom bodykit. Visual upgrades include body-colored extensions on the bumpers, deeper side skirts, and a rear diffuser, alongside new garnish on the bumper intakes, and Heico Sportiv badging.

Tuners tend to leave electric powertrains intact, but that’s not a bad thing as the Volvo EX30 is already a pretty capable SUV in terms of performance. The dual motor version produces a combined 428 hp (319 kW / 434 PS) and 543 Nm (400 lb-ft) of torque, allowing a 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) acceleration in 3.6 seconds.

According to the online shop, the cost of the bodykit is €3,330 ($3,600), although each component can also be purchased individually. The wheels will cost you between €600-839 ($650-900) each depending on the option. Finally, the lowered springs are priced at €390 ($421) and the spacers add another €329 ($355).
