• Jeep teased a mysterious shipping container ahead of Paris.
  • Still, the official website lists no new debuts at the Jeep stand.
  • Jeep’s European lineup will expand to six models by 2030.

Jeep is heading to the 2026 Paris Motor Show and, to hype things up, it shared a photo of a mysterious shipping container inviting us “to discover the next chapter in the brand’s evolution”. The automaker plans to expand its European lineup to six models by 2030, but it seems that Paris won’t be hosting the debut of a new Jeep concept or production SUV.

Stellantis will be hosting a massive display in Hall 4 of the show in the French capital, including over 60 models and nine concept cars. Still, this mega-booth will be reserved for Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Lancia, Opel, Peugeot, and Leapmotor.

Jeep will showcase its products on a much smaller stand in Hall 7, in collaboration with its French retailer partner Neubauer. According to the official website of the Paris Motor Show, the Neubauer Group x Jeep stand will feature three vehicles, including the Avenger, the Compass, and the Compass 4xe, with the latter being exhibited in an “adventure-inspired setting”. The SUV trio will be joined by “a reception area, an office/storage space, a screen and a photobooth activation” with no mention of a concept.

This might be a bit underwhelming for Jeep fans in Europe, but the company has big plans in store for the near future.

Xavier Peugeot, Head of Jeep Brand Enlarged Europe, said: “Jeep will rely on its strong values, capitalize on the successful launches of New Avenger and New Compass, and reinforce its position in Europe by expanding its range up to six models, multi-energy and multi-platform, by 2030.”

Three New SUVs

Based on official information shared earlier this year, the new additions to Jeep’s European lineup will include two new B-SUVs riding on the STLA One multi-energy platform, with AWD capabilities and steer-by-wire technology, and a larger D-SUV developed in collaboration with Chinese automaker Dongfeng.

The new production models, most likely including a new generation of the discontinued Renegade, will join the recently facelifted Avenger (B-SUV), the new Compass (C-SUV), and the fully electric Recon (D-SUV). According to Jeep, the goal is to cover 90% of the overall SUV market in the Old Continent.

Jeep pledges to remain “true to its core values of freedom, adventure, authenticity and passion” as it implements its Road to 2030 strategy. Hopefully, the brand will give us something exciting to write about in the near future.
