If you happen to be in Russia, you may want to memorize the license plate of this small city car and keep a safe distance from it in the rare chance you cross roads with the woman behind the wheel (or so we are told that it's a lady by the person who uploaded the video), especially is she's trying to park.
To our surprise, even the pup featured in the clip senses that there is something fundamentally wrong with her parking skills and tries to warn the driver about her shortcomings by barking aloud.
After a few stressful minutes of back and forth, the woman finally gets the car into the parking garage, but not before she imprinted the vehicle's fascia into the wall…

oh i didnt know she was trying to get in
There are sooo many people with extremely bad eye-hand-leg coordination that it makes you wonder how they manage to get a driving license. Because they do.
Was this her first time behind the wheel? Why were they filming? Was there wagering involved? A real shaggy dog story, multiple stalls and turns and revs and in and out for not apparent reason (couldn't figure out how to get the rear wheels over an inch high bump up?) and minor rear end crash just when things are getting terminally repetitive, then finally a satisfying conclusion.
Wrong. It makes you wonder: "Buying a drivers license can't be that expensive in Russia".
In Russia drivers license buy you!
