Take a visual walk with us through the 2014 Paris Auto Show’s stands to see what all the fuss is about with one of the world’s biggest automotive events.

The French mega-show brought us a multitude of new production and concept car launches along with raft of stories from the sidelines of the presentations.

The most talked about debuts just before and during the press days were – in no particular order – the Audi TT Sportback Concept for a stylish compact liftback, the Lamborghini Asterion V10 hybrid sports car, Fiat’s 500X and Renault’s new crossover-ish take on its Espace MPV.

If we take into account cars that were introduced online several weeks and even months before their physical world premiere in Paris, we’d add the Jaguar XE, Mercedes-AMG GT, Land Rover Discovery Sport, Mazda MX-5, Volvo XC90 and VW Passat to that list.

If you haven’t done so already, be sure to check out our full list here and do tell us which ones were your top picks in the comments.

Tomorrow we’ll bring you the second part (M to Z brands).
