This Mercedes SLK Driver In Barcelona Thinks Everything’s Totally Fine

Either somebody’s been listening to Dr Dre’s lyrics from Eminem’s Crack a Bottle song (the part about driving around with a smashed front end on a Benz), or something very disturbing is going on here.

All we know for certain is that the footage was taken in Barcelona, Spain, and that this Mercedes-Benz SLK suffered heavy damage to its front end, the small overlap type.

Theories seem to range from this being a stolen car, to the driver being drunk. Out of the two, we reckon that drunk driving is a lot more plausible than the stolen car scenario, since thieves don’t really tend to stick around after having crashed the very same car they’ve “borrowed”.

It’s a wonder that the car is still able to drive in a straight line the way that it is. As far as we can see, the right front-end has completely collapsed and the wheel is severely damaged. Yet, the driver is going about his or her business at what looks like regular city speed.

In the end, the best we can hope for is that the SLK didn’t make contact with any pedestrians, and that whoever is responsible for damaging it (as well as whatever it was that it hit / or vice versa) will be held accountable.
