Despite multiple facelifts and a name change, the second-generation Infiniti QX80 is no spring chicken. In fact, it’s been around since 2010 and by today’s standards, it’s not exactly ‘the’ SUV to have.

The 2018 version of the car features a new front fascia with a more prominent grille, new headlights and taillights, an updated rear bumper, revised air intakes, new fender vents and that’s pretty much it.

But what about full-size SUV customers who prefer something that looks more aggressive? Well, as of right now, they can turn their attention to Larte Design, which has put together a body kit worth $15,990, set to go on sale starting this September – although you can pre-order it now.

Even compared to the restyled 2018 version, Larte’s take on the QX80 makes this large premium SUV look like something else entirely. It comes with redesigned front and rear fascias, air intakes, side skirt add-ons, an all-new black grille, four oversized oval tailpipes and a massive rear apron.

The most eye-catching piece of kit is undoubtedly the front spoiler, composed of several big air intakes, wings, blades, spoilers, a diffuser, big wire-mesh opening and multiple other angular structures. Last but not least, is the custom badge, which sits proudly in the middle of the grille, so as to announce that this isn’t your regular soccer mom SUV.

We expect the German tuner to reveal more images of this body kit in the near future.
