Audi introduced the all-new A7 Sportback last October and now the company has revealed the model will be priced from $68,000 in the United States.

Costing $1,700 less than its predecessor, the 2019 A7 Sportback Premium features a stylish new design with a wide Singleframe grille that is flanked by standard LED headlights. The entry-level model also comes equipped with a panoramic glass roof, an active rear spoiler and 19-inch alloy wheels. Other highlights include a power tailgate and auto-dimming side mirrors with a memory function.

Moving in the cabin, drivers will be greeted by a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel and leather seats with contrast stitching. Speaking of the seats, they are heated and offer 8-way power adjustment.

Other highlights include an 8.8-inch infotainment system and a lower 8.6-inch display. The A7 Premium also has a tri-zone automatic climate control system and gray/brown fine grain ash natural wood trim.

On the safety front, the car has a pre sense city system which can detect vehicles and pedestrians in its path. If this occurs, the car can automatically brake itself in an attempt to avoid a collision.

The A7 Premium Plus starts at $72,400 and it features additional equipment including HD Matrix LED headlights, a larger 10.1-inch infotainment system and a 16-speaker Bang & Olufsen premium audio system. The model also has several driver assistance systems including side assist, rear cross traffic assist and pre sense rear.

Audi didn’t say much about the range-topping A7 Prestige, but it costs $76,300 and comes equipped with HD Matrix headlights featuring laser lights.

An assortment of different options will be available including heated rear seats, a four-zone automatic climate control system and a 19-speaker Bang & Olufsen 3D Advanced Sound System. Other options include a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a wireless smartphone charger and 18-way individual contour front seats with heating, ventilation and massage functions. Customers can also order an ambient lighting package and a color head-up display.

On the styling front, Audi offers an assortment of different wheels and an S line package. The latter adds a sportier front bumper, a titanium-black diffuser insert and a sport-tuned suspension that reduces the ride height by 20mm (0.7 inches).

In terms of driver assistance technology, the A7 can be equipped with adaptive cruise assist, intersection assist and turn assist. The model also offers collision avoidance assist and traffic sign recognition technology.

All 2019 A7 Sportback models are powered by a turbocharged 3.0-liter TFSI V6 engine that produces 335 hp (250 kW / 340 PS) and 369 lb-ft (500 Nm) of torque. It is connected to a seven-speed S-tronic transmission and a standard quattro all-wheel drive system. This enables the car to accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in just 5.2 seconds.
