Some U.S. Dealers Are Offering Very Generous 2018 Jeep Wrangler Discounts

The fourth-generation Jeep Wrangler hasn’t been on the market for particularly long and already, a number of dealerships across the United States are offering generous discounts on the popular utility vehicle.

Searching through the classifieds reveals that many untouched 2018 Wrangler models are being sold with dealer discounts topping $8000.

One dealership offering particularly generous discounts for the Wrangler is the Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram showroom in California. Look through its listings of 2018 Wranglers and you will find a number with discounts exceeding $8000 as well as $500 offers for active and retired military personnel.

At the time of writing, this dealer’s $8000+ discounts were limited to Sport and Unlimited Sport models, all with just delivery miles on the clock.

A number of other dealerships across the United States are also offering Wranglers with discounts. For example, Lindsay Automotive Group in Manassas, Virginia will sell you a new 2018 Wrangler Unlimited Sport with a dealer discount of $7334 and a total price of just $27,901. The Patterson Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership in Wichita Falls, Texas also has a Wrangler Unlimited Sport listed with a $6164 discount, bringing its price down to $29,986.

Other dealerships we’ve seen with dealer discounts exceeding $5000 for the Wrangler include Zeigler Auto Group in Chicago and Shotten Kirk Chrysler in Canton, Georgia.

The main reason behind all the generous dealership discounts is that the Wrangler models in question are all from 2018 and dealerships appear to have an over-supply of last year’s models. That’s good news for shoppers as JL Wranglers can now be bought for bargain-basement prices.

Well, the JL it is kinda expensive for what people expect from a Wrangler.

Not really surprising. There were dealers offering up to 5% below invoice, on custom orders, last summer. I bought my Sport S last June for 3% below invoice.

I was able to get 4% off my Rubicon off the lot, which was surprising considering how popular of a model it is and how limited they were last summer.

I remember the period of time when I lost my job several months back from my company where I have given a lot of time and effort and hardwork. I was in no way into business similar to get wealthy “overnight” which afterwards end up being promotional techniques in which you really should firstly get interested people after which sell a product to family and friends or anybody so that they will be in your team. This online job has presented me liberty to work at home and now a days I am able to enjoy precious time with my friends and family and get ample leisure time to go out on a family cruise vacation. This work has offered me an opportunity to receive earnings something like $9,000-$10,000 every 4 weeks by doing simple web work. Go and check most superb work opportunity.>>>>>>>>>>>>> NEWSUPERB71.COM

ok but it’s last year’s model.
They’re going to go down in value whether somebody buys them or not.

    • nastinupe

Exactly, they have been selling the 2019’s since September 2018, that’s 8 months. We are 4 months away from the 2020’s. They need to do something before they become two year old models.

FCA marked up the JL $8000 above the JK Wrangler. With the JK Wrangler discontinued, prices are falling back to “normal”…
