Many people have taken delivery of their 2020 Chevrolet Corvette these days and some of them filmed the first encounter with their personal mid-engine Vettes.

YouTuber CGarnerSpeed252 (Clarence Garner) is one of the first ones, and his video presents in detail the experience he had while picking up his brand new 2020 Corvette from the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

In the video description, the man says he’s the first YouTuber to take Museum Delivery of a high wing C8 Corvette and we have to believe him, for lack of another similar video claiming the same thing.

Watch: 2020 Corvette C8 Pure Track-Driving Footage Is Highly Addictive

Now, we’ve all seen reviews of the 2020 Corvette that deal mostly with the way the car drives but this video is very different as it introduces every single aspect of the mid-engine Corvette an owner needs to know.

Responsible for that is a friendly and patient National Corvette Museum staff member called Chris who walks Clarence through all the features, buttons and menus of the 2020 Corvette. If you have 42 minutes to spare, it’s definitely a must-see video. All you Vette enthusiasts out there who want to be up to speed with everything that’s new on the 2020 model, this is the video to watch.

Also, the Museum Delivery is quite special, especially at the end when everyone cheers and applauds as you are driven out of the building in your 2020 Corvette. Sure, the NCM delivery (option R8C) costs $995 but after paying at least $60k on a mid-engined Vette, that might not seem a lot, especially considering the red-carpet treatment you’re getting for the money.
