While it is the United States where the 2021 Ram 1500 TRX will no doubt prove to be most popular, the pickup truck will also be imported to Europe.

The official importer for FCA’s Dodge and Ram brands across Europe, AEC Europe, has confirmed it will bring the insane pickup truck to the Old Continent. “We have a very optimistic outlook on the 2021 Ram 1500 TRX launch,” chief operating officer at AEC Europe, John R. F. Muratori said in a statement.

“This is owed to a steadily growing demand for high-performance pick-ups in Europe and therefore expected popularity of this unique model of the Ram series. The 2021 Ram 1500 TRX will undergo tests to ensure its compliance with EU regulations and is expected to be available for deliveries starting December 2020.”

AEC Europe is now working on tests and adaptation to EU-standards and the subsequent distribution through the official dealer network of over 125 partners in all of Europe.

It is unclear just how much the TRX will set customers back in Europe but it will no doubt come at a hefty premium over the U.S. starting price of $69,995. Driving the Ford F-150 Raptor rival is a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine producing 702 hp and 650 lb-ft (880 Nm) of torque.

This engine is paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission and an off-road focused four-wheel-drive system. Ram says the truck will hit 60 mph (96 km/h) in a brisk 4.5 seconds and run down the quarter-mile in 12.9 seconds at 108 mph (174 km/h). Provided enough room, it will top out at 118 mph (190 km/h).
