If you’re an automotive enthusiast, you should know that getting close to a Ford Mustang at a car event or gathering is never a good idea, given the penchant of owners to crash them. We’re sure that the owner of this Dodge Challenger wishes he had taken this advice.

This video was recently shared to YouTube and while we have very little context about what event is happening here, it appears to have been filmed in some kind of industrial complex with a nearby parking lot. The collision between the two muscle cars is very clear, however.

In the video, a sixth-generation Ford Mustang comes into view and for some reason, the owner thought it would be a good idea to pull the handbrake and attempt a 180-degree turn. The only problem with this is that there was a red Dodge Challenger parked just feet away. The result? The Ford Mustang’s rear quarter smashes into the front quarter of the Challenger.

The driver of the Mustang then did something equally as idiotic. They immediately hit the gas and fled from the scene but the driver of the Challenger wasn’t willing to let that happen and immediately takes off after Ford.

While it’s unclear if the driver of the Challenger was able to catch up to the Mustang, we sure hope they were able to. If not, maybe someone that was attending the meet was able to snap some photos or videos showing the Mustang’s license plate.
