Well, the notorious duo of canine troublemakers who turned a used car dealership in Houston, Texas into their personal demolition derby playground, casually racking up about $350,000 in damages during a spree of attacks last November and December, have finally been apprehended.
Surveillance video footage from G Motors shows the two stray dogs, one of which has been identified as a bull terrier mix, jumping on the hood of a Toyota Corolla at the dealership and attempting to rip off its front bumper. They also damaged a host of other cars by pulling on body panels and leaving them with scratches and large bite marks.

In an interview with ABC News, Imran Haq, the finance manager at G Motors, revealed that the mischievous dogs had left a trail of destruction amounting to approximately $350,000. He suspects that these canine culprits infiltrated the used car lot by executing a covert fence crawl mission, driven by their relentless pursuit of stray cats taking refuge under the hoods of the vehicles.
The first dog, named Dasher, was captured in early December while animal control caught the second dog on December 31. Dasher was deemed to be healthy and showed no signs of aggression, making him a fitting candidate for adoption. The other dog was still being evaluated at the time of writing.
“We have never seen something like this — dogs attacking cars and causing damage,” Fakhoury said. “(I) just want all my customers to know that everything is taken cared of, and you know, we feel for these dogs, to be honest. But they are in good hands, so we don’t have to worry about them right now. They can be adopted, or whatever the city of Houston wants to do.”
