There’s nothing like going on a cruise with your friends and enjoying your car. For many car enthusiasts, this is one of the simple pleasures in life. However, this group of drivers would have been well served to be a little more attentive and careful while behind the wheel as they could have easily avoided this incident.

The incident took place in Metro Manila, in the Philippines. Although the video is brief, it showcases an impressive lineup of cars stuck in traffic. Initially, the driver of a glossy black Nissan Z can be observed running a red light, apparently attempting to catch up to the rear of the convoy.

At the same time the Z crosses through the intersection, the unmistakable sound of a Nissan GT-R can be heard. The person filming then pans the camera to the right and a white GT-R comes into view, also racing through the red light before the driver jumps on the brakes. However, the driver couldn’t stop in time before ramming into the rear of the Z and in the process, smashing it into a white Subaru BRZ that also looks to have been part of the convoy.

It appears a silver Porsche 911 was positioned in front of the BRZ but it’s difficult to say whether or not it was also caught up in the crash.

Fortunately for the owners involved, the damage sustained to the trio of prized JDM sports cars is probably repairable but it could be expensive. The driver of the GT-R will need a new bumper, splitter, grille, and perhaps a new radiator or intercooler while the Z has also suffered damage to both bumpers and perhaps its exhaust system. The rear end of the BRZ will also need some repairs.
