Just because a Bentley SUV should be able to go off-road and handle pretty much everything you throw at it, doesn’t mean future owners are going to subject it to this type of terrain.

In fact, you can rest assured that the same people “forced” to buy a Porsche Cayenne or a Range Rover will be the ones chipping in for an ultra-luxurious Bentley SUV. Sure, it might cost more, but that will only deter them from taking it anywhere other than places such as their local country club.

Still, it’s nice to see the Bentayga go about its business regardless of what that off-road testing facility in northern Spain has to say.

Then again, we definitely shouldn’t be surprised that it’s very good when going off-road, since the VW Group has had plenty of experience with premium/luxury SUVs and making sure you don’t have to compromise speed, handling or efficiency.

The video’s description also reads “optimum balance of handling and efficiency”, which should make you wonder just how dynamic the Bentayga really is.

Odds are it won’t out-handle a Cayenne or even a BMW X5 for that matter, but in a straight line, it’s quite possible this will become the world’s fastest SUV if powered by a 6.0 liter twin-turbo W12 engine, with more than 600 HP.

Either way, we’re genuinely curious to see the Bentayga without any sort of camouflage.
