Almost a year on from Jeremy Clarkson’s first starring role in a commercial for Amazon, the presenter is back promoting the company’s Fire TV stick.

In October last year, Clarkson treated fans with a commercial for the Fire TV stick not long after announcing his signing, along with James May and Richard Hammond, to create a new motoring show for Amazon’s online video service.

Fast forward to September 2016 and he’s back at it, praising Amazon Prime and in typical Clarkson fashion, poking fun at the BBC before sending a fleet of drones across the English Channel to provide Fire TV sticks to the world.

With less than seven weeks until the premiere of The Grand Tour, Amazon is clearly doing its darnedest to ensure European motoring enthusiasts will be able to tune in to the new show and not have to resort to download it illegally.

Will it work? Potentially, but a number of years back, Top Gear was one of the world’s most illegally downloaded TV shows. Clearly, fans of the trio aren’t worried about flouting the law to watch them.
