This has to be one of the most bizarre accidents we have ever seen captured on a dashcam – and mind you, it did not happen in Russia but in Asia, in the small town of Caoya in Taiwan, if our translation of the video description is correct (if it isn't, tell us and we'll fix it).
In the footage, we see a passenger car turning on the street behind a large truck carrying a crane.
We cannot see how it happened, but the crane's hook got tangled on the vehicle – possibly on the roof rails – and partially lifted it in the air turning and hauling it around for some distance before the truck's driver discovered what had happened.
From what we can tell, no one was hurt in the incident.

That is one strong roof rail that would being pull with such force , I guess the driver would pissed himself or herself on that (I doesn't turn on sound) .
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O1WKNI1ywe0 Footage from local news FTV. You can see how the car got hooked by the truck from 1:04 - 1:21, the car is an old Daewoo Matiz/Chevrolet Spark.
If its an asian-market Kei-car, they're only 600kg or so. A half inch of weld can support 1 ton/1000kg.
Right, the car is a Daewoo Matiz, and the video is a strong advocate to be aware of the surroundings, not only of the black patch of asphalt in front of your car.
i saw that video it is look like wlid. York car accident
