As much as the woman is to blame, so are the three men in uniform who simply let her stand in the middle of the road endangering herself as well as other drivers and their passengers.
Before the clip with the fist-punching music background comes to an end, we see her turning around and walking side by side with a large truck, and miraculously, avoid being hit.
