An Italian design house called Umberto Palermo is working on an impressive-looking electric concept car as well as a tuned version of Tesla’s Model S..

The Luce Concept Coupe features a lightweight body made from recyclable materials, sitting on top of an aluminum monocoque. The study rides on 20-inch wheels and is 455 cm (179 in) long, 196 cm (77 in) wide and 124 cm (49 in) tall, tipping the scales at 1,200 kg (2,646 lbs).

Not much is known about its electric powertrain, except that it is good for 288 HP (284 HP) and 370 Nm (273 pound-feet) of torque, sent to both axles. Performance numbers have yet to be released, but its battery pack allows for a total driving range of up to 340 km (211 miles).

Full details on Umberto Palermo’s Luce will be released at the 2016 Turin Motor Show, on June 8, where it will celebrate its public debut, joined by a modded version of the Tesla Model S, nicknamed Valentino, which has dropped its aluminum body panels in favor of carbon fiber parts.

Riding on 22-inch wheels, Tesla’s electric sedan has been equipped with different bumpers and both ends and a lowered suspension. It benefits from 421 PS (415 HP) and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque and is said to come with an increased driving range of up to 500 km (311 miles).
